Reviews and Ratings
During our Christmas stay visiting family in the city, we had a restful time at this hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the dated windows and limited TV channels were a downside for the price paid.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a lovely bathroom with a big bathtub and a very comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Caroline, who made our stay memorable with her warm welcome and insights into the building's history. The location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from the railway station and the city center. The dining experience varied, with some delightful options and others needing improvement. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor flaws.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and one of the nicest I've experienced, although the height was a bit restricted in one area. The service was exceptional, especially by one member of staff who made our wedding night special. The location was convenient, being close to the main Leeds station and city center, although ordering at the hotel bar could be a bit slow at times. The dining experience was outstanding, with a good range of cooked-to-order hot food. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, although beautiful, had a tiny window that didn't offer the best view. The service was a bit unprofessional at times, but the location was great for exploring Leeds. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were satisfactory.
